We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains:

• Copyrighted or trademarked material without proper authorization.
• Defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading content.
• Obscene, offensive, or illegal material.
• Content that violates any intellectual property rights or privacy rights.

By submitting files for printing, the customer certifies that they have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses for the use and reproduction of the submitted content. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless this printing shop from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the printing of customer-supplied materials.
