SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and artwork approval is completed. Processing times may vary during peak periods or for custom orders.

Shipping Methods
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided once an order has been shipped. Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status with the carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. Claims for damaged shipments should be reported within 48 hours of delivery and may require photos of the packaging and contents.

Custom and Printed Products
Due to the personalized nature of custom printing, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or contains a printing error caused by our shop.

Shipping Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, natural disasters, weather conditions, customs processing, or other events beyond our control.
